would store bought spearmint tea still reduce androgens that cause unwanted hair growth or does it have to be made from spearmint leaves by yourself?

Reply:Store bought is just fresh leaves that have been dried and portioned into bags...





They are the exact same thing, you just need to use the average conversion factor of 2x the amount of fresh to dry.





So if what your doing calls for 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped spearming, use 1 tablespoon of dried.





But if you go by TASTE then you can just keep trying until you get the flavor your looking for.
