Can budgies eat spearmint?

Do any of you guys know if spearmint is deadly to budgies.I have some growing right outside my door and i was wondering if my budgies can eat it.I let them have a little nibble of it and they went crazy for it but i dont know if it is toxic.

Can budgies eat spearmint?
I don't think spearmint is Toxic, I looked at a site that says toxic plants and these came up:

They should be A-Okay! Awww, such cute birds.
Reply:i am sure 100% that they can eat parsley and lettuce and all green leaves, but about spearmint try to gave them one leave if they eat it it is ok


if they dont like it so they will nt eat it specially if u put for them real diet and u dont foget to feed them


so know somthing ur birds dont eat somthing they dont like
Reply:I do not think it is good 4 budgies 2 eat spearmint because it is toxic.
