I've grown fresh Spearmint. Would like to make some sugar-free candy or gum with it. Any good ideas or recipes?

Reply:You can steep it in near-boiling water, then add Splenda Spoonful to it to make a sugar-free simple syrup. This is great in iced tea or mint juleps.
