I am looking for Spearmint Tea, either loose or in tea bags.?

Any ideas what shops may sell this? Ideally a supermarket or High Street kind of health food shop

Thanks

This site has organic spearmint tea (and much more).

You can also make your own, any plant book or library book on botany can help you identify it. Mint family members grow like crazy, everywhere. A handful of washed leaves in a pot of hot water and let steep for ten minutes, or you can dry the leaves and use like any tea.

Best of luck.
Reply:peppermint tea is sold in asda and sainsburys but not seen spearmint .
Reply:I think Tesco do it in their bigger branches. They sell a big range of fruit and herbal teas and certainly sell peppermint tea.
Reply:It depends on why you want it. If you're after the flavour, I can't really help, but if you want the health benefits you may find that Twinings Camomile and Spearmint is even better. I can't stand camomile, but still love this tea. You can buy it in most supermarkets in a box of bags.
Reply:Morrison's have it
Reply:im sure tesco ir somewhere would have it.twinings are bound to.if not whittards coffee shops
