Identifying the chemical compostion of essential oils?

structures of the major components, polarity of the essential oils:


lemon grass


sage


pappermint


lemon


spearmint


chamomile


and clove.


for TLC, are they simialr in polarity.


if the components contain only carbon and hydrogen molecules will the oil be non polar

It would be really weird for anyone to know the major components of those compounds off-hand.





However, I can tell you that, considering they are oils, they will all be relatively non-polar.
